Is my package stuck?

If you have a USPS First-Class, USPS Priority Mail or International postal mail delivery ship option on your order, tracking information update is not guaranteed, but you will generally see an update whenever the package gets scanned as it passes through a major sorting centre.

Do not worry if you do not see any updates because the postal services are not always very good with their scans - the package is still being routed to you but they're just not scanning it.

For example, if the last update was two days ago at XX sorting centre, it does not mean that the package is still there - it only means that the package was scanned at this centre two days ago and it may be currently at another location (and they have just not scanned it yet).
