We guarantee that you will like our products but if you do not, sent them back to us unused and we will process a refund for you, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Please email us within 30 days of the purchase date if you intend to return a product so that we can generate the necessary RMA and return instructions for you.

State your order number, the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return (for our feedback) when you contact us.

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return item must be in its original/unused condition. The return of damaged or used goods will be rejected - these goods will be discarded.

Incomplete or used/damaged packaging will result in a 30% re-stocking fee.

If the order was shipped via a free shipping promotion, a US$3 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping charges.
