I was sent the wrong product
Production, packing and shipping mistakes rarely happen because of the extensive checks in place, but the occasional error unfortunately slips through at times.
If you believe that the product that you received is incorrect:
- Take a photo of the product that you received
- Take a photo of the packing slip that was included in the package
Contact us, attach the photos you took and tell us why the product was not what you expected.
There is no need to return the incorrect product but we do hope that you'll be able to "recycle" it somewhat as it's still a perfectly good piece of vinyl. Skins can be cut down using a penknife or scissors to style a smaller surface; the material can be used to style a smaller device such as a trackpad.
